She now combines her psychology degree with her personal and professional health and fitness experience to help women achieve a fit and healthy body through weight training, ultimately boosting their self-confidence and overall happiness. In her free time, she loves to travel, visit the beach, cook, read, and is currently prepping for her first bikini competition.
