COVID-19 UPDATES

*** UPDATE 19 MARCH, 2020 ***

Hello customers,

Starting Saturday, March 21st, TO & FRO Activewear™ will be temporarily closing our retail store to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 within the community. This has been a very difficult decision as it is a decision that will knowingly affect my employees' livelihood.

We will be open tomorrow, March 20th, from 12 - 5 PM to allow our staff to finish with our inventory counts and assist with any last-minute walk-ins.

Our re-open date will be announced in the near future as we get a better handle of the current situation. We are hoping to re-open by early April but will dictate our decision using guidance from the government and the overall safety of our community.

Please keep us and other small businesses in your hearts as we stand together as one. Try to support local and small whenever possible. Our e-commerce will continue to be available and will have other shopping options as well. We also have some fun online engagement planned for our social media channels.

Keep spreading love and positivity during these bleak times. This isn't a forever goodbye...we will see you soon.

Stay healthy and safe - we love you all.

Sincerely,
Carrie Papke,
Owner and Founder

*** UPDATE 16 March, 2020 ***

Hello customers,

We are committed to maintaining our store’s high level of cleanliness with growing concerns of COVID-19.

Using CDC guidance, we currently disinfect our space and clothes routinely throughout the day. Our countertops, credit card terminals, fitting rooms, bathrooms, doorways, and knobs are sanitized after every use. We have hand sanitizer located at our checkout and antibacterial hand soap in our bathroom. Floors are being cleaned with disinfectant wash, and furniture and clothing are treated with disinfectant spray.

If you are sick, we request that you choose to visit us at a later date.

Employees who think they might be sick are not permitted to work in our store. They must wash or sanitize their hands any time they leave the store, use the bathroom, consume food, or touch their face.

Cash transactions are temporarily suspended this time.

We have spoken to our insurance agency, and we want to make it known that businesses that are forced to close due to COVID-19 will not be covered by insurance. Government assistance is unlikely and will not exempt us from rent, bills, and payroll regardless of being open or closed. The best-case scenario we can hope for is a loan that will add to our growing debt as foot traffic declines. Please think of us and other small businesses and choose local when possible.

We want to thank you for being valued customers. Every decision is difficult to make, but we want to keep our business alive as best as we can while keeping our employees and customers healthy. Our e-commerce is always open, and we can fulfill special requests as best as we can through Instagram messenger.

We will have 20% off both in-store and online purchases greater $100. Free shipping for domestic online orders over $50. In-store or curbside pickup is also available.

Here’s to everyone’s health and wellness.

Sincerely,
Carrie Papke,
Owner and Founder
