Holiday Return Period - Purchases between Nov 30 - Dec 25, 2020
Holiday exchange period for returns is in effect from November 30 - December 25, 2020. For purchases between November 30 and December 25, 2020, customers will have 14 days from the day of delivery to postmark the return (i.e., drop off at the post office) or return to the store for a full return. Customers in that same period will have until January 3, 2020 to postmark the return or return to the store for store credit (i.e., digital gift certificate). Items exempt from returns are excluded.
